ACCOUNT
Account & subscription
From account creation and subscription retrieval to switching devices, confirm the account workflow first. Get subscription details only from the user panel, and download the client for the relevant platform after signing in.
What do I need to prepare to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not reused on other sites, and keep your password secure. After creating your account, open the user panel to choose a plan and get the client and subscription details.
Where can I find my subscription link?
After signing in to the user panel, open the client or subscription section to retrieve your subscription details. The marketing pages do not publish real subscription URLs or direct links to static installers. Import the subscription only into the client you use, and do not forward it or publish it on a public page.
How do I update my subscription link?
Find the current subscription in your client and use its update, refresh, or re-fetch function. If the route list still has not changed, return to the user panel, retrieve the subscription details again, and import them over the existing entry. Do not delete a configuration that still works before updating, so you can continue troubleshooting if the import fails.
Do I need to buy again after switching devices?
No separate purchase is needed when you change devices. VPNNu supports unlimited devices online at the same time and works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Sign in to the panel on the new device and retrieve the client and subscription details again. When the old device is no longer in use, you can delete its local configuration.
Why can’t I see any routes after importing my subscription?
First, confirm that you imported the complete subscription details rather than the ordinary webpage content shown in a browser. Then check that the client has refreshed the subscription and that the current configuration is enabled. If the list is still empty, copy the subscription details from the panel again, delete the failed import entry, and add it again.
CONNECTION
Connections & troubleshooting
Connection issues usually require a layered check: local network, client status, system proxy, and target app. Change only one condition at a time so you can tell which layer made the difference.
The client says it is connected, but webpages will not open. What should I do?
Switch to another route first, then reopen the target webpage. If the browser is still using the old connection, close it completely and relaunch it. Also check whether another network tool has changed the system proxy and whether the client is still running. Restore the system network settings, then launch the VPNNu client on its own and test again.
Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?
A common reason is that the app established its session before the connection was ready, or the client’s current rules are not sending the relevant requests through the proxy. Fully close the app, confirm that VPNNu is connected, and open it again. If the client offers rule-based and global modes, switch modes temporarily for comparison and adjust the configuration based on the result.
What should I check first if the connection keeps dropping?
Check whether the local network is stable first. Temporarily disconnect VPNNu and see whether ordinary webpages also stop loading. Then switch routes and restart the client, avoiding multiple network tools that modify the system proxy at the same time. On mobile devices, make sure the system is not pausing the client in the background and allows the connection to keep running after the screen locks.
What should I do if the connection will not recover after changing networks?
After switching from Wi-Fi to another network, the existing connection may still retain the previous network state. Disconnect in the client, then reconnect to the selected route. If there is still no response, close the client, confirm that the new network itself can access webpages, then relaunch the client and test again.
How can I confirm that the connection is working?
After connecting, open this site’s IP lookup page and compare the current exit region with the selected route. Then visit the service you actually need to use. Seeing the client switch marked as connected is not enough; the exit information and target service must both load normally before the current connection can be considered effective.
ROUTES
Speed & routes
Speed is not a single number. Geographic distance, local access, route paths, and the target service’s status all affect performance. Choose routes based on your actual use case rather than a single speed test.
What should I do about peak-hour lag?
Pause any large file transfers first, then switch to a geographically closer route. Peak-hour congestion can occur at the local access network, on the cross-border link, or at the target service, so do not repeatedly reconnect to the same region. Compare regions and route types one by one, and choose the route that performs best in actual loading tests.
In what order should I choose routes?
Start with a geographically closer region where the target service works normally, then compare route stability. For ordinary webpages, consistent responsiveness matters more than short bursts of speed; for sustained transfers, check whether the connection can stay active over time. VPNNu covers 110+ countries and 190+ routes, so you can switch according to the situation.
Why does a speed test look normal while real-world use is still slow?
A speed test usually reflects only short-term transfer performance between the test endpoint and the current route. The target site’s server status, content delivery location, and local Wi-Fi can all affect the actual experience. Troubleshoot by opening the target service directly and comparing loading and sustained-connection performance across routes instead of relying on a single speed-test result.
Do I need to restart an app after switching routes?
Restart the affected app. Some apps keep existing connections open for a long time, so they may continue using the previous session after a route change and fail to update the exit region or access status promptly. Close the app, switch routes, confirm that the connection is stable, and then reopen it for clearer test results.
How can I narrow down troubleshooting when there are many routes?
Filter by the region required by the target service first, then begin with geographically closer routes. Change only the route each time; do not modify the client mode, system proxy, and local network simultaneously, or it will be difficult to identify the cause. Once you find a working route, keep that configuration and restore other settings one at a time.
BILLING
Billing & refunds
Monthly subscriptions reset traffic on the activation date, while data packages are consumed as needed. Before ordering, decide whether your usage is consistent, then compare a monthly subscription with a data package that never expires.
What monthly subscription tiers are available?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and a mid-cycle upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days. Check your actual usage first, then choose the monthly data tier that fits.
Do data packages expire?
Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly subscriptions, which reset each month, these packages suit variable usage and users who prefer to pay based on actual consumption.
How is a mid-cycle monthly upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, remaining status, and target tier in the user panel, then continue after confirming the information shown. Traffic still resets monthly on the activation date; the upgrade does not create a separate data package.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. When placing an order, use the payment options shown on the user panel’s checkout page and verify the selected plan before paying. After payment, return to the panel to check the order and service status, and avoid submitting the same order more than once.
How do I request a refund?
VPNNu offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket section, describe the relevant order and refund request, and keep the order record shown in the panel. Refund eligibility and processing follow the terms of service and the order status; check the plan and payment details before submitting.
