Service Content and Scope
VPNNu provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, using international routes to improve connection paths when accessing international websites and online services. The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available platform features depend on the relevant client, operating system permissions, and the user’s current subscription status.
The service provides 110+ countries / 190+ routes. Route locations, connection methods, and accessible resources may change due to network conditions, service provider policies, or maintenance schedules. The route list describes the current service scope and does not separately guarantee continued access to any particular region, website, or third-party application.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and other activity on their accounts. Any account access risk caused by poor credential management should be addressed promptly through the user panel.
An active subscription supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but may be used only by the account holder on their own devices. Users may not resell, rent out, or publicly share subscription information, or provide account or subscription credentials as a shared service to unrelated third parties. If abnormal distribution, bulk sharing, or commercial resale is detected, the service may restrict continued use of the relevant subscription.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Different subscription types are calculated under their corresponding rules; users should confirm the selected plan before placing an order.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and are responsible for network activity conducted through their accounts. The service may not be used to infringe others’ lawful rights, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, maliciously attack network systems, access data without authorization, or engage in other activities prohibited by applicable law.
Users may not abuse route resources through automated methods, interfere with other users’ normal connections, or take actions that could damage service infrastructure or operational order. To protect route quality and service security, VPNNu may take necessary action against clearly abnormal connection activity.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNNu will maintain subscription, client, and route services under current technical conditions. Failures involving network operators, device environments, system permissions, changes to third-party website rules, routine maintenance, and other factors beyond the service’s direct control may affect connection results. Some routes or features may be temporarily adjusted during necessary maintenance.
Users should select routes according to their actual needs and keep independent backups of important data. The service does not manage or assume responsibility for third-party websites, applications, content, or transactions, nor for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services, device configuration, or improper operation. Mandatory requirements of applicable law will prevail.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, repeatedly affects normal route operation, or uses the service for unlawful purposes, VPNNu may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account as appropriate. Before or after taking action, the service may provide necessary explanations through the user panel. Matters requiring legal cooperation will be handled under applicable law.
After a subscription expires, traffic is used up, or an account is lawfully terminated, the corresponding service permissions will stop. Account termination does not affect responsibilities incurred before termination or release users from obligations arising from prior violations.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Orders beyond the applicable period will be handled under the subscription rules confirmed at purchase; mandatory refund requirements under applicable law will prevail.
VPNNu may update these terms due to changes in service content, operating rules, or applicable law. Updated content will be published on this page, and the displayed last-updated month will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights will be announced through available on-site methods. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
