When you purchase or use a subscription service, this service stores the plan type, order status, payment result, traffic usage, refund status, and necessary transaction reference information. These records support service activation, order verification, available traffic calculations, upgrades and refunds, and the resolution of order disputes.

The website may process basic access analytics, such as page requests, browser type, device category, referring page, and error information. This data is used to assess compatibility, investigate abnormal requests, and improve site performance. Analytics are primarily aggregated and are not used to reconstruct specific browsing content.

No-Logs Position and Connection Data

VPNNu follows a no-logs service policy. It does not record which websites users visit, specific page addresses, communications, or browsing content, nor does it create activity records linking an account to specific destinations.

To establish connections, measure traffic, diagnose route failures, and handle abuse, the system may temporarily process necessary technical data such as connection time, selected route, traffic usage, and error status. This information supports service operation only and is not retained as a long-term connection log alongside browsing content. Temporary data needed for troubleshooting is deleted after its purpose is complete or converted into aggregated information that cannot be linked to a specific account.

Traffic usage is recorded according to the selected plan because it directly relates to subscription balance and service delivery. Traffic measurement reflects data volume only; it does not include visited websites, page content, or transmitted content.

Cookie and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. This information keeps users signed in, restores their choices, and supports normal page operation.

You can clear Cookies and local storage through your browser settings. After clearing them, the login state and some interface preferences will reset, so you may need to sign in again or reselect settings. Disabling necessary storage may prevent authentication or subscription management features in the user panel from working properly.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VPNNu supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment steps are handled by the relevant payment channel, whose own service rules and privacy terms apply to payment data. VPNNu typically receives only the payment status, order amount, and transaction reference information needed to complete an order, and does not directly control data retained by the payment channel.

Except where necessary to complete payment, provide infrastructure, handle security incidents, or comply with applicable requirements, this service does not provide account data to unrelated parties. Service providers performing technical processing may handle necessary information only for agreed purposes and must apply data protection measures appropriate to their responsibilities.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order and payment records are kept as needed for settlement, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable requirements; analytics and error information are retained only for the period needed to complete analysis or troubleshooting. Once the processing purpose ends, relevant data is deleted, overwritten, or converted into aggregated information.

You can submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through the user panel ticket system. To prevent others from acting on your behalf, verification of account control may be required before processing. After deletion, records that must be retained for settlement, dispute handling, or applicable requirements are separated from routine account use and cleared when the retention purpose ends. Residual data in backups is removed through normal rotation.

We recommend reviewing this policy periodically while using subscription services. An update will not change no-logs statements already made before the update, nor retrospectively bring previously uncollected browsing content into the scope of processing.
